Job Description

We are looking to recruit a Head of eLearning amp; edTech to join our successful education recruitment team.

Equal Education Partners is a specialist education recruitment consultancy. We are accredited to the gold standard by the Recruitment amp; Employment Confederation (REC).

Since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, we have experienced a significant increase in demand for educators and technical professionals with expertise in eLearning (at universities, private companies and governments) as well as significant demand from edtech companies for our services. We're now looking for an excellent recruitment manager to join our team to focus on recruitment opportunities in this sector.

Job Description/Responsibilities :

  • Recruiting and headhunting excellent eLearning and edtech professionals, using a combination of both traditional and digital methods
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing client clients and developing new ones
  • Developing new business relationships with clients
  • Working with candidate resourcing specialists and compliance amp; vetting colleagues to build, progress and maintain a high quality pipeline of candidates
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates, supporting them into excellent, career-impacting roles, ensuring their satisfaction and performance

Prior experience required:

  • Experience of managing and servicing a diverse range of clients simultaneously
  • Business development, sales and customer service experience

Desirable:

  • Experience using Customer Relationship Management and Compliance Management systems
  • Experience working in education recruitment, education and/or recruitment
  • Knowledge of the edtech/eLearning fields

Qualifications required:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualifications

This role can be carried out remotely or from our Llanelli, or Cardiff offices.
