Salary: 30,000

Title: Night Shift Team Leader

Must be available between 22:00-09:00, working a 4 on / 4 off shift pattern.

Weezy keeps on growing! We are now introducing a brand new night shift team to our Flagship store in Fulham, to keep up with our demand.

Requirements

What you’ll do:

No two days are the same of course but you will expect the following to be typical:


  • Take a handover from the day shift management team and support the operation for the final few hours of trade
  • Lead a team of night shift Stocking Assistants to Weezy success
  • Complete stock checks and inventory counts, ensuring all systems are accurate and up to date
  • Stock in all types stock through the night from chilled, frozen, ambient - both physically on the shelf and through our stock control system
  • Prepare store for trading day - organise stock, dress store ready for opening, ensure we have full availability, complete quality checks on fruit and veg
  • Complete waste routines and ensure all food is in date and rotated and the quality right for our customer
  • Cleaning - ensure all the store is clean and tidy ready to handover the store to the day manager
  • Stock Management and Ordering
  • Running and maintaining operational reports
  • Implementing and facilitating processes and procedures and finding new/better ways to improve these
  • Using the latest tech and software to manage all aspect of your site
  • Training new members of your team or supporting the training of newbies for upcoming sites
  • Sometimes get out on our e-bikes and e-cycles to deliver yourself

Who you are:

  • You are customer obsessed
  • Comfortable with using the latest apps and various software tools (we are not a pen and paper type of business) with an analytical mindset
  • You may have previously worked in a warehouse environment or retail or anywhere where you manage teams, deal with stock management, rotas and handling customer complaints.
  • Even better if you have experience of picking, packing and working with delivery services such as Deliveroo, Uber eats and the like!
  • Lastly, you’ll be comfortable working in a start-up business with all the chaos and ambiguity that comes and will see great opportunity to be a part of implementing some of the slickest processes and procedures as you make your mark and grow your career.
