We're currently recruiting for a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join us at Hale Country Club and Spa.

This is fantastic opportunity for a dedicated, professional and passionate individual with proven experience in supervisory roles within food and beverage/restaurant operations. You will be detail-orientated and focussed on delivering one-of-a-kind, memorable experiences for our guests. The Restaurant Supervisor will play a key role in managing all aspects of the operation ensuring that we meet and consistently exceed our guests expectations.
Responsibilities
- Support the Restaurant Manager in staff training amp; development
- Ensure that the team are set-up for service with clear understanding of duties and responsibilities
- Focus on delivering unique guest experiences
- Oversee front and back of house restaurant operations
- Knowledge of market trends across food and beverage
- Manage guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure compliance of brand standards and champion the delivery of those
- Strive to achieve departmental targets
- Ensure cleanliness of work areas
- Comply with hotel security, fire regulations and all health and safety legislation
- Comply with local licensing laws
- Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in a supervisors position within food and beverage
- Proven experience training, supporting and developing teams
- Proven experience working with budgets
- Good communication skills
- Ability to motivate and engage with your team
- Knowledge of cocktails/wine
