The Role in a Nutshell
We are looking for a remote TikTok Content Creator to create content on a freelance basis.
You will be tasked with ideating, filming, and editing TikTok suited videos for a mobile gaming TikTok account and generating new ideas to increase reach, engagement levels and grow the following organically.
You will be required to produce daily content that is completely original and bespoke. We need someone who loves mobile gaming, with their finger on the pulse of pop culture and trends across the TikTok platform and an ability to create engaging content relevant to such trends.
You will also be required to decide on the caption of each post, upload the content to the TikTok platform with the relevant hashtags, track data on a weekly and monthly basis, build out the content calendar, interact with the community via the comments section of the videos, and attend weekly calls with the internal team.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of the content calendar, creating content for this ahead of time for internal and then external client approval
- Produce reactive content aligning with gaming, pop culture, and TikTok trends, being on the cutting edge of any relevant news
- Maintain the tone of voice of the account and brand, and manage all interaction with the community on the TikTok platform
- Input on social led creative campaigns to increase engagement and following on the channel
Requirements
Requirements
- Strong understanding of popular mobile games
- Ability to ideate videos on a consistent basis, with the assistance of a TikTok manager
- Ability to edit videos within Premiere Pro (or equivalent editing software)
- Demonstrate one year or more experience of devising and executing social media and TikTok content
- Ability to ‘think outside the box’ and produce both quick comebacks for audience engagement, and standalone copy fitting of brand tone across our account
- Ability to understand analytics data from TikTok and report on performance
- Comfortable working in front of the camera to produce content
