Job Description
We're hiring the very best recruiters to join our in-house team. Successful recruitment is key to Mindera's rapid growth and we need you to come and help us hire world-class people. We are currently a team of 800 software engineers and we are continuing our growth.
What you'll be doing
- Sourcing/ headhunting candidates to fill open tech positions and anticipate future needs
- Screen CVs and interview qualified candidates, sell Mindera as an employer
- Drive the offer process
- Ensure positive candidate experiences
- Collaborate with the team
- Implement modern sourcing/ recruiting methods
Requirements
What we are looking for
- We are looking for someone with agency and in-house experience
- Experience hiring Software Engineers
- Headhunting and actively sourcing candidates via Linkedin Recruiter, job boards, GitHub and other avenues
- Ability to plan and execute
- High attention to detail
- Flexibility and adaptability
- Ethical, self-motivated and passionate about our vision
You Rock At
- Thinking creatively on how and where to attract talented candidates
- Understanding technology and keeping abreast of technology trends
- Evaluating the competence of candidates against the technical needs of the team/project
