The Role
The Managing Consultant is an integral role in the Consulting organisation providing people, project, and business development leadership.
You will be able to apply your expertise in strategic marketing to identify client needs and deliver a broad range of Consulting offerings. You will design and lead a wide variety of often complex strategic projects across a range of client and strategic challenges, coaching and supporting project team members to deliver high quality outcomes.
You will develop strong and enduring relationships with clients, identifying and securing business development opportunities from them as well as actively pursuing new business from outside of your network.
You will be expected to directly manage a number of Consultants, working closely with them to develop their skills and support their development. You will also play a leadership role within the organisation contributing to the growth of the business through direction of internal projects and workstreams.
You may have a specialism in certain areas of strategy, product life cycle or a deep understanding of particular therapy areas, or aspects of the pharmaceutical industry. Overall you will be recognised as a very skilled competent strategic marketer, capable of being a trusted advisor to a range of clients.
