An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Supply Chain Senior Analyst to join the team. You will help us scope out our strategic direction and identify development improvements to our Supply Chain capability to enable a better flow of product, so we can maximise our sales and profit.

Responsibilities

  • Extracting, manipulating and analysing data to provide critical management information reports or dashboards, to enable decision making on the key questions facing the supply chain team
  • Building models to support supply chain optimization across the first and middle mile.
  • Writing code via SQL in Google BigQuery to extract appropriate data from related databases
  • Working collaboratively with both external and internal teams and stakeholders to drive quality and efficiency
  • Investigating ad hoc queries and troubleshooting problems to support other teams in supply chain complete their daily work and projects
  • Becoming an expert on our systems and processes in order to consult on developments required

Requirements

  • You'll be an accomplished analyst with experience working in multi-functional, fast-paced environments.
  • Demonstrable methodical and structured train of thought
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Articulate and persuasive - you will be able to explain complex ideas and data findings to key stakeholders
  • Highly analytical and quantitative skills; experience using data and metrics to test theories, confirm assumptions, and measure success
  • Strong command of Excel, VBA and analytical SQL
