Job Description
As a Junior Engineer you will be responsible for helping deliver support and development to a suite of tools used for authoring and executing clinical logic.
Working with a Senior Principal engineer, you will be responsible for the development and upkeep of internal systems (the toolkit), both at the execution level and the support level. The toolkit is comprised of technologies built on .NET, Windows amp; SQL, it utilises a WPF frontend and a VSTO integration with Microsoft Visio. A wide cross-set of skills will be required to perform all tasks, and one-to-one training and personal development will be part of this role.

Main Responsibilities and Duties
- Learn and support the toolkit and all its internal parts
- Maintain toolkit documentation and delivery
- Regular and ad-hoc reporting/analysis as required for both customers and internal stakeholders.
- Working as part of the clinical authoring team to resolve issues and implement new solutions.
- Understanding requirements from across the business and creating solutions and new features to help support our growing needs
- Working with data engineers to automate repeated data requests.

Requirements
- Experience with C# .NET either Framework or Core.
- Good working knowledge of SQL
- Excellent analytical, numerical and information gathering skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, experience working in client collaborative environment on a multitude of different projects.
- Good understanding of relational databases and structural data.
- Ability to work directly with clients and gather and understand their needs
- Ability to problem solve on-the-fly with a variety of stakeholders
Bonus points for
- Experience with VSTO amp; WPF preferred
- Good knowledge of JavaScript, XML, JSON and similar technologies
- Powershell, Linqpad etc.
