About the role
As a Consultant in orgvue Advisory Services, you must be able to deliver analytics and technology-led solutions for our clients using the orgvue platform. You work as part of a team advising and working with client and partner teams in using orgvue and will require an appetite for new thinking, application of methodologies and analytical tools. You will become a technical SME in the orgvue platform, take responsibility for key activities in the definition and deployment of solutions and the ongoing interaction with client teams as they build capability. You will contribute to the innovation of the platform and will have a voice in feeding back how the platform can better meet market demands.
Our return to work program, Work Your Way, outlines a combination of remote and in-person working: as a member of our Client-facing team, you should be in or near enough to London to come to the office for key meetings and working sessions.

Roles amp; responsibilities
Deliver all aspects of our advisory projects that includes:
- Onboarding our customers to the orgvue platform.
- Advising our clients on insights and actions required to accomplish their goals, as well as how change can be sustainably implemented by leveraging orgvue.
- Working with our clients to help build their capability in OD methodology as well as the orgvue platform.
- Utilizing the orgvue platform to drive a data-driven org design methodology.
- Creating trusted relationships at the appropriate level to solve business problems by combining your experience, data and orgvue’s capabilities.
- Delivering client engagements and working across a multidisciplinary teams of consultants, business analysts and developers in order to achieve successful results for our clients.
- Providing subject matter expertise regarding the functionality of orgvue and organizational design (not sure we require our consultants to provide od expertise and don’t think it accurately reflects what they currently do) to minimize risks and ensure that the project is conducted in the most efficient way.
- Collaborating with the product team to provide feedback based on your experience using the platform on client engagements to help with the continuous improvement of orgvue.
Requirements
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Information Sciences, Organizational Psychology or other related business disciplines.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business transformation, management or technology consulting, human capital, talent or OD consulting space, preferably with a top-tier consulting firm.
- Desire to work with organizations as they go through transformational initiatives, including Mamp;A, cost takeout, operating model redesign, or other large-scale functional or enterprise programmes
Knowledge amp; Skills
- Business literacy and understanding of key business drivers.
- Proven expertise in data and technology, including but not limited to managing large-scale, complex data sets.
