About the role
As a Senior Consultant in orgvue Advisory Services, you must be able to deliver analytics and technology-led solutions for our clients using the orgvue platform. You will advise and work with clients' senior leaders and their teams in using orgvue and will require an appetite for new thinking, application of methodologies and analytical tools. You will be the driving force behind client projects and will work collaboratively with our product team to suggest improvements that will make orgvue an even better product. By understanding business needs and challenges, you will help our clients transform their operating model with the latest analytical tools and techniques. You will lead and manage teams and take responsibility for the ongoing development of junior team members.
Our return to work program, Work Your Way, outlines a combination of remote and in-person working: as a member of our Client-facing team, you should be in or near enough to London to come to the office for key meetings and working sessions.

Roles amp; responsibilities
Deliver all aspects of our advisory projects that includes:
- Onboarding our customers to the orgvue platform;
- Delivering insights through data capture, analysis and storytelling;
- Advising our clients on insights and actions required to accomplish their goals, as well as how change can be sustainably implemented by leveraging orgvue;
- Working with our clients to help build their capability in OD methodology as well as the orgvue platform.
- Utilizing the orgvue platform to drive a data-driven org design methodology.
- Leading the delivery of projects, managing the day to day work of a team.
- Creating trusted relationships at the appropriate level to solve business problems by combining your experience, data and orgvue’s capabilities.
- Project managing client delivery engagements and manage multidisciplinary teams of consultants, business analysts and developers in order to achieve successful results for our clients.
- Support in developing client proposals and business development activities as directed.
- Providing subject matter expertise regarding the functionality of orgvue and organizational design to minimize risks and ensure that the project is conducted in the most efficient way.
- Collaborating with the product team to provide feedback based on your experience using the platform on client engagements to help with the continuous improvement of orgvue.
Requirements
- Undergraduate or graduate degree in Business, Information Sciences, Organizational Psychology or other related business disciplines.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in business transformation, management or technology consulting, human capital, talent or OD consulting space, preferably with a top-tier consulting firm.
- Experience working with organizations as they go through transformational initiatives, including Mamp;A, cost takeout, operating model redesign, or other large-scale functional or enterprise programmes and/or experience
