We are excited to be expanding our Finance team in our Brighton HQ and are recruiting for an experienced Finance Transformation Manager to join us for a 12 month fixed term contract.
You will have the opportunity to make real change at MPB and help shape the future of our Finance function. Through a hands-on approach and through collaboration, this role will take the lead on process improvements, automations, system changes and integrations, and other crucial projects to improve operational processes relating to finance.
This is a varied position and some of the responsibilities will include:
Requirements
Strong technical knowledge when it comes to optimising operational finance processes, and you enjoy getting hands on to understand and evaluate how things work and deliver improvements.
Able to demonstrate experience of multiple finance improvement projects, particularly those relating to process improvements, automation and change in a high transaction volume consumer business.
ERP knowledge (ideally NetSuite) is essential and how these can be the foundation for a finance tech stack.
