Supply Chain Business Analyst - Logistics
To support our CI agenda of becoming a world class Supply Chain, we are looking to hire a Supply Chain Business Analyst to focus on logistics.
The Continuous Improvement team works closely with teams in Supply Chain and technology to come up with solutions to our biggest customer and Supply Chain problems, this role is one part of a bigger Supply Chain Transformation team.
As the Supply Chain Process Analyst you will be leading initiatives to support the CI agenda for your specified Supply Chain domain(s).
What you’ll do
- Process mapping our value chain by domain and discovering the As-Is and creating the To-Be process flows.
- Identify opportunities to improve the As-Is process and make recommendations on prioritisation.
- Working with process owners to generate user requirements specifications for both business processes and new system design or improvements.
- Help to build the end-to-end testing programme and provide testing support of new deployments.
- Work closely with the solutions architect team to ensure the user requirements and acceptance criteria were fully covered in designs.
- Create clear lists of master data requirements for your domain(s) and work with the data teams to ensure they are in place or being worked on as part of future roadmaps.
- Work with process owners and tech teams to ensure your domain has the correct level of real-time information via live dashboarding to support quick and accurate decision making.
- Utilize both Agile and Lean principles and templates to produce high quality shareable work products.
Skills, knowledge and abilities required to be effective in this position
- Agile project management and a fundamental understanding of agile ceremonies.
- An ability to quickly build valuable relationships that you leverage to take people with you through change.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools and ability to identify opportunities to use them.
- Ability to moderate events/workshops/meetings to draw out key information leading to a clear understanding of current processes and possible improvements.
- Ability to listen and interpret what is being said and what isn't being said to find improvements not obvious on the surface.
- Carrier integration experience preferred.
- Industry experience as an Agile Scrum Master or Product Owner will be an advantage!
- Industry experience across FMCG/E-commerce/Consumer Goods will be an advantage!
