ABOUT OUR TEAM
Our Customer Success Team goes above and beyond to ensure customers feel supported, and their move to PensionBee is as smooth as possible. The scope for the role is varied depending on your strengths and interests.
You may find yourself using your eye for detail and exceptional organisational skills to demystify the administrative tasks that go into a successful transfer. Through working exclusively with certain pension providers, you'd make sure we’re always on the ball, and able to jump over any hurdles they place in our way.
Alternatively, you might be on hand to give our customers some love, handling any queries they may have and making sure they’re always kept in the loop, using your excellent communication skills, drive and compassion to take the pain out of pensions!

We are currently hiring for Customer Success Team Members. In our BeeKeeper role, you will support our customers with their variety of pension related queries, in a straightforward and jargon-free manner.
Our Nectar Collectors look after the crucial business of transferring our customer's pensions for them. Whether you prefer to be in direct communication with our customers or working behind the scenes, we have the role for you. We prioritise our customers and their needs and we are dedicated to making their lives easier. We are, therefore, on hand via email, phone and live chat to ensure our customers receive a quality service in a simple and transparent manner.
Our BeeKeepers and Nectar Collectors work closely together in small Hives to ensure our customers receive the best service possible throughout the entire onboarding journey and beyond
