Job Description

Location: Twinkl HQ, Sheffield; or work from home (must have right to work in UK) and comfortable with infrequent travel to HQ only when required (and post-COVID!)

Annual Salary: 33,000 - 40,000 DoE

Twinkl is the largest digital educational publisher in the UK and one of the largest in the world. As a Senior React Developer you’ll join Twinkl’s Web Apps team - developing and supporting specific EdTech web applications amp; tooling, such as our Twinkl Create and Twinkl Symbols self-publishing tools, alongside working on brand new projects.

About You

We are looking for a team member who is excited and passionate about Twinkl’s mission, values and education/EdTech as a whole. You’ll have a can-do attitude and be capable of working autonomously, as an individual or as part of a team, using agile values, principles and practices.

You’ll possess the skills and experience typical of someone who has recently spent at least ~four years implementing appropriate solutions using: ReactJS, Redux, HTML/CSS/Javascript and Node.js, as well as typical VCS/testing/deployment processes and software (GIT) and are confident you can hit the ground running with these technologies to deliver against complex requirements. Experience TypeScript is beneficial for this role.
