Job Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our Product Management team based in our Brighton office. This position sits at the heart of the department, ensuring the tools and processes we use are well documented, understood and up to date. You will be responsible for assisting the team in all aspects of administration relating to product information and documentation, which will play a key role in the strategic decisions and form the basis of departmental meetings.
Job role
- Document and implement new and existing Product Management departmental processes.
- Responsible for collecting, collating and presenting data in a meaningful way for the Product Management team.
- Undertake technical and functional research into new product areas.
- Assist with the administration of both the software and hardware language translations.
- To complete all works necessary to support international price updates
- Assist the Product Managers with the preparation and communication of new product launches.
- Proactively chase through actions and items related to specific products.
- Monitor and respond to incoming enquiries via the Product Management and Integration email groups.
- Assist with the on-going maintenance and administration of the product portfolio.
- Assist with the review and approval process for new Integrations.
Requirements
- Some administration or Market or Product Research experience.
- Some experience or technical knowledge would be advantageous but is not essential.
- Strong PC skills, particularly with being an advance user of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Ability to research a broad area and consolidate information into condensed reports.
- A good understanding of English grammar and vocabulary is essential.
