About the Role

The Customer Success Team at Vestd is growing and looking for a Customer Success Associate to come onboard and deliver a first class service to a rapidly expanding client base. With a passion for delivering customer experience; you will be instrumental in ensuring all our platform users are nurtured and supported to secure Vestd’s future and reputation within the industry.

Having already experienced working within the SaaS industry, you will be confident to hit the ground running and helping customers with all aspects of setting up their share schemes on Vestd’s platform. This will include; generating customer valuations for agreement with HMRC, onboarding new customers and offering ongoing support with their schemes and the platform itself.

An eagerness to learn and be an expert at all things technical and ‘Vestd’ will be crucial as you work closely with the Customer Success Lead and other internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for improving our processes to drive customer success and retention. About You

You’ll be excited about joining a fast growing, technology business within the fintech industry. You’ll appreciate being part of the company as it scales-up, with an openness and enthusiasm to work on all components of our service; from app support to identifying opportunities for improving services, spending large portions of time crunching numbers in spreadsheets to speaking to customers and gathering information.

You’ll be detail driven and enjoy deep diving in our data and often complex legal documents, and in return you’ll learn a huge amount from people who have decades of combined experience building successful businesses.

About Your Skills and Experience

  • A self-starter who can flourish when working in a remote team.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience working with customers (preferably in a digital/SaaS environment)
  • A proven track record with supporting a customer journey and driving improvement to customer engagement
  • Excellent working knowledge and mathematically competent with excel
  • Previous experience of working in a fast paced SAAS environment
  • Exposure to commercial company legal documents or other similar legal contracts
  • Keen and enthusiastic with a real desire to make a difference.
  • Brilliant at prioritisation and managing own workload as we work entirely remotely
  • Exposure to commercial company legal documents or other similar legal contracts
  • Obsessive levels of attention to detail
  • Ability to understand and empathise with our customers
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A passion for the mission we are on.
  • Proactive approach to learning.

Bonus skills and attributes

  • Accounting or legal background
  • B2B SaaS experience
  • Experience of G-Suite and Slack
