Your role at Turtl
You will report into and work very closely with our Head of Talent amp; HR in shaping and forming the Recruitment and HR presence in the US. You’ll take lead on candidate engagement and forecasting, eventually establishing a presence in the US.
- You’ll grow the Recruitment presence in the US, focussing mainly on Sales Recruitment.
- You’ll help form the Recruitment/ interviewing process and strategy, working closely with our Head of Talent amp; HR as well as other business leaders.
- You’ll headhunt and target the best possible candidates in line with the Recruitment strategy you've helped build.
- You’ll be focussed on the US based roles and will be required to work US hours, at least for the first 6 months, eg 11:00 - 19:00 or something similar.
- You’ll gain a well rounded exposure to more generalist HR as well as Talent Acquisition.
Requirements
- An understanding of Recruitment in the US
- Experience Placing candidates into the US
- Experience headhunting US based sales professionals at various levels
- Experience working within or recruiting for SAAS businesses
- Experience working in or recruiting for a startup or scale up business
- A willingness to work US focussed hours for at least the first 6 months
