Location: Office based at Twinkl HQ, Sheffield

Annual Salary: 18,000 - 22,000

Hours: 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday

Contract: Permanent

Requirements

In this role you will:

• Work with our Chief Operating Officer, Chief Customer Officer, Chief Product Officer and Chief Technology Officer - to oversee calendars, organising business meetings and travel logistics, taking meeting minutes, managing email correspondence, answering and directing incoming calls, business contacts update ect.

• Help to manage and deliver special projects such as our office fit out or annual strategy days

• Collating information and producing documents, reports, and presentations

• Preparing and disseminating information prior to meetings

• Acting as a first point of contact and a gatekeeper for the Executive Leadership team

• Providing diary management for the C-Suite ensuring a smooth running schedule for each day.

Typically, we expect you to:

• Be professional in dealing with diverse groups of people located all over the world

• Have strong verbal and written communication skills and faultless attention to detail

• React with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events, whilst remaining calm and professional

• Maintain high levels of integrity and discretion when dealing with confidential information

• Switch direction at a moment’s notice and successfully reprioritise.

As an Executive Assistant, you will be involved in a broad variety of tasks that enable the team to effectively lead the organization.

We're interested in anyone who meets one, or a combination of the following:

  • Commercial knowledge or practical working with similar stakeholders in Senior Positions
  • Experience using Google Suite and or administrative tasks
  • Excellent organisation skills in order to plan the use of people and resources to meet deadlines
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, to manage expectations.
  • Positive and outgoing who is willing to grow within the role and the company
