About the role

As a Technical Consultant, you will be working directly with our customers and consulting partners to configure the orgvue platform in line with their business objectives and implementation best practices. Working alongside the orgvue Customer Success Team, you will build deep technical knowledge of the orgvue platform and Solutions, and will support our customers in leveraging value from these Solutions throughout their lifecycle (post implementation).

As you develop in this role, you will be given the opportunity to engage in more complex customer configurations and scenarios. For orgvue’s direct customers you will be expected to collaborate with members of the Customer Success and Advisory Services teams to identify, recommend and deploy the best Solution based on each customers’ specific needs.

As part of this role, you will also be working closely with the orgvue Engineering and Product teams to continuously evolve our Implementation and Solutions methodologies. By driving continuous standardisation in our approaches you will contribute directly to the scalability of our offerings, and ultimately the growth trajectory of the overall orgvue business.

What you will be doing

  • Be a key part of multiple customer account teams (with orgvue administrators and business stakeholders), supporting new customers through technical configuration and training for the orgvue platform; setting customers up for long-term success
  • Work closely with the CSM and CP teams to ensure that the right solutions and results are achieved for our customers. This includes facilitating workshops with clients, delivering training and ensuring that the configured orgvue setup is fit for purpose.
  • Work with other members of the Implementation Team to refine and evolve our delivery methodology over time,driving consistency across all new customer engagements
  • Work with the Engineering and Product Teams to present customer feedback in order to drive continuous improvements in our technology enablers
  • Work with the Technical Account and Customer Success teams to deliver the rollout of standard solutions based on Value Plans. Implement standard solutions to our clients. Define the boundaries where Advisory services are required.
  • Review and ensure new orgvue solutions are robust, scalable, and repeatable before they are fully handed over to client facing teams. This process will include one off tests of new solutions with clients to understand the impact.

Requirements

  • You are a recent graduate and you can demonstrate some industry experience where you have worked directly with customers to solve business challenges.
  • Undergraduate degree in Information Sciences, Engineering, or Business is preferred.
  • Prior experience implementing other software platforms for customers is a plus.
  • Prior experience in software product management is a plus.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Data analysis skills essential; knowledge of statistics modelling is preferred.
