Job Description
Selecta is the largest provider of unattended self-serve coffee and convenience food in Europe, leading the way in vending solutions and specialist coffee services. We are hiring a creative Senior Recruiter/ Recruitment Manager to focus on direct Recruitment and Resourcing projects. Based out of our Head Office in West London (Ruislip) circa 2 - 3 days per week, with a hybrid of Office and Home working.
This is a 12-month fixed term contract role (maternity cover) for a Recruitment specialist with a mixed role: partly focussed on headhunting/direct recruitment for senior roles, involvement with recruitment projects and implementing continuous innovation around processes and Hiring Manager/Candidate experience. Experience of working in a business with a large proportion of living-wage employees would be a distinct advantage too.
The Role
You will provide support throughout the hiring lifecycle, with a particular focus on ensuring a direct recruitment approach by hiring managers at all levels and carefully managing our PSL alongside.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing direct candidates for defined areas of the business, including headhunting using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Leading on candidate attraction and sourcing strategy, selecting the most appropriate advertising channels for each job type
- Contribute to strategic TA across the UKamp;I business, including attraction strategies, sourcing and selection methods, tools and programmes
- Build and deliver efficient recruitment processes (using our TA system) and tools, driving consistency and removing roadblocks along the hiring process
- Lead/ Contribute to recruitment digital marketing campaigns
- Identification and implementation of digital / online tools to enhance the attraction, assessment and recruitment of new talent to the organisation i.e. automatic assessments, video interviews
- Daily, weekly and monthly recruitment reporting
- Develop our local Employer Brand strategy (including on social channels)
- Coach and supervise a recruitment resourcer (previous management/supervisory experience not required.)
Requirements
- Proven experience as an in-house Recruiter, you should ideally have both agency and in-house experience
- Evidence of sourcing candidates across various channels, using direct sourcing techniques (including LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Experience of carrying out comprehensive competency-based interviews and evaluating candidate suitability
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage numerous recruitment campaigns and projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of employment legislation
- Self-motivated and resourceful, able to work on own initiative
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
