About the role

We are looking for an energised and engaged BDE/SDR to join our growing Sales amp; Marketing team. This role will require someone who can handle both in an inbound and outbound capacity to drive early pipeline for the business. The BDE/SDR will support a sales team of industry veterans undergoing significant growth. Working closely with our sales team will give you extensive variety of learning and mentoring opportunities.

Training will be a combination of sales and marketing onboarding as well as direct training from the Business Development Executive Manager and the role will be well supported by sales, marketing and marketing operations management.

What you will be doing

  • Achieve qualified leads goals through both outbound prospecting and conversion of inbound leads.
  • Design and deploy focused sales campaigns aimed at expanding Concentra’s presence and brand in specific market niches.
  • Conduct lead nurturing and qualification activities leveraging existing outbound marketing, contact database, prospecting processes and supporting collateral.
  • Interface with sales account managers to penetrate targeted accounts and identify sales opportunities.
  • Competently convey Concentra position, value and differentiation to different levels of prospect contacts including senior contacts.
  • Assess prospect needs and requirements against Concentra offerings.
  • Conduct research to develop target account contact information and account intelligence to generate an understanding of customer needs and requirements that can inform sales prospecting and/or marketing program strategies.
  • Qualify and maintain documentation supporting lead qualification criteria.
  • Represent Concentra at industry trade shows to convey the Concentra value proposition, learn from senior Concentra field representatives, and gather contact information from booth attendees.
  • Maintain high performance against call, email and contact metrics with good process and adherence to CRM.

Knowledge and experience

  • Prior sales development experience (2+ years experience)
  • Motivated and has creativity to successfully reach prospects and create conversations
  • Professional persistence amp; ability to think on your feet and make a compelling introduction
  • Hyper-organized with a results-oriented self-starter attitude
  • Natural turn of phrase and feels comfortable speaking to audiences of all levels, including C-Suite
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals this position carries a qualified lead and pipeline quota and bonuses for exceeding quota
  • Working knowledge of MS Office applications, HubSpot, Salesforce.com or LinkedIn Sales Navigator would be ideal
