REMOTE: It is an exciting time at Blue Prism where we are looking to expand our methods for delivering Intelligent Automation at large scale into the hands of our customers. The Rapid Innovation Senior Full Stack Developer role is a central figure as part of this delivery and will work with the Ramp;D and the Product Leadership Team to develop emergent technologies across our client base. The role is part of a specialist team who are tasked with designing and implementing complex and challenging technology problems around intelligent automation.

Requirements
We are looking for driven individuals who enjoy the challenge and creative problem solutioning around developing new technology and are comfortable playing multiple parts in a smaller rapid development team within a larger flexible and dynamic Ramp;D environment. You will be passionate about and have a track record of pioneering and developing new techniques and technologies in a ‘fail fast’ and ‘learn faster’ setting by applying critical thinking around high level requirements whilst looking to optimize delivery routes within operational constraints (security, resilience etc.).
Your Experience:
- Knowledge, skills, experience and passion for solving complex problems in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to apply your creativity to drive innovation for novel solutions to meet Customer and Product needs and enjoy seeing new technologies through from ideation to finished product in an agile fashion.
- Ability to self-manage your deliverables as part of the wider team.
- Innovate, design and develop across all levels of a solution:
- Developing back-end solutions / microservices / RESTful components. We are hiring team members who have these skillsets:
- Extensive experience using Python and/or .Net;
- Experience of configuring and developing databases (SQL variants);
- Experience building APIs (Flask);
- Experience messaging queues (AMQ).
- Developing front-end solutions, e.g. REACT, Node JS, Node JS Express, C# Windows Forms, Angular JS and Amber.
- Working alongside UX/UI designers to define / develop user experience.
- Developing back-end solutions / microservices / RESTful components. We are hiring team members who have these skillsets:
- Experience in writing, performing and optimizing software tests including ensuring responsiveness, performance, and resilience of applications.
- Participation in agile planning, estimation, sprinting and reviews.
Additional Skills amp; Experience (good to have):
- Experience using C/C++
- Experience of configuring and developing databases using Mongo DB / NoSQL
- Experience in Containerization (Kubernetes)
