Location: Twinkl HQ, Sheffield/remote

Annual Salary: 25,000-30,000 pa

Contract: Permanent (6 months probationary period)

As the Growth Marketing Account Manager, you’ll work with a range of businesses across a variety of industries to deliver exciting growth marketing projects in a dynamic agency environment.. This can be a Sheffield based role or fully remote depending on what works best for you.

You'll work closely with the Growth Marketing Service Manager and Head of Growth Marketing, and you can pick their brains and learn all things Twinklee along the way, so you will have the support amp; confidence to manage key accounts including TwinklHive residents and external clients, creating bespoke strategies for each company and carrying out multi-channel strategies including email marketing, social media, SEO and CRO.

You will be the key point of contact with your clients, deciding the Growth Marketing work that needs to be done for them each month and organising its execution. You’ll also assist with work for other clients where necessary, and contribute to lead gen activities to help acquire new clients.

Working across all channels disciplines, you will become an all-round Twinkl Growth Marketer, with the opportunity to build communication and strategic thinking skills. You’ll also learn how Growth Marketing can be deployed for businesses in different stages of growth in industries such as EdTech, health and fitness, and more, so it's a great opportunity to get your Twinklee thinking amp; innovative caps on to make your mark!


The role tasks that you'll be responsible for, will be:

  • Full management of selected client accounts. This includes: strategy creation, managing monthly time allocation and work execution, monthly data reports and leading on client communications.
  • Assisting with execution of work for other clients (where necessary)
  • Assisting with lead generation activities (where necessary)
  • Understand our client business', customers, markets and competitors, also a good understanding of the client’s internal issues, processes and policies
  • Attend client meetings as required, representing the agency during the meeting and agreeing to actions regarding existing projects
  • Take tactical briefs from client: to add value and proactively challenge and respond appropriately to the requirements of the brief
  • Confidently and competently present creatives to the client and appropriate peers
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with the client, ensuring any issues are escalated to senior account management
  • Ensure all supporting documentation is delivered to the required standard (contact reports, WIP, schedules etc)
  • Liaise with the client’s other marketing partners (e.g. media, print, PR), ensuring an effective service is provided to both these partners and the client in turn
