Apprentice Customer Service Specialist

The Role

As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will develop your skills and support in a variety of the following;

  • Providing a world class end to end customer journey for all our premium brands
  • Resolving customer issues in a methodical and professional manner
  • Working towards providing first time resolutions
  • Understand the importance of the customer service function in a commercial setting
  • On-going in-house CS Training and brand training to provide you with full product knowledge
  • Opportunities to upsell/cross sell products making recommendations to customers
  • Working with other areas of the department (courier, operations) to resolve delivery amp; order issues
  • Working towards targets, contributing to the overall productivity of the department
  • Opportunity to learn from experienced colleagues and leaders
  • Opportunities to support Customer Service function using variety of communication methods calls, emails, live chat social media, apple business chat, what’s app messenger
  • Involved in making recommendations to new processes and ideas on how we improve customer satisfaction
  • Opportunities to grow within the department and the wider busines

Requirements

What skills and experience would I need?

There are certain attributes that we look for in all our apprentices. Don’t worry about experience - we’ll teach you everything you need to know for your role.

Communication - Ability to communicate verbally and written with a solid level of confidence and clarity.

Resilience Calm under-pressure and can adapt to change easily.

Collaboration - Ability to work well within a team environment and be respectful of other people’s opinions and beliefs.
