We are looking for a talented, passionate individual to join our successful team here at the club. You will be responsible for maintain the highest standard of professionalism in all areas of operation and carry out all treatments to our world-class standards.

Main Duties of the role
Vetting all prospective new members to the Club generated by inbound enquiries Lead Generation amp; Call Prospecting Managing the tour diary Training Duty Managers to a standardised tour process Conducting tours of the Club Conducting a needs analysis with all prospective members To be responsible for the management of the prospecting database- prioritising qualified candidates. Working to monthly targets for both joiners and leavers Commitment to building member relationships and taking an active role in member retention. Managing a full on-boarding process from etiquette, booking process’, online account activation, initial gym induction, PT engagement. Creating a welcome call schedule 2 weeks post joining Creating an annual calendar of new member amp; guest events as part of the welcome to the Club Completing all membership administration for every new member Weekly reporting on current headcount joiners and leavers Working with the GM to monitor headcount and review activity if required Conduct quarterly competitor analysis Continuously following trends of 5-star Clubs for innovative and inspiring ideas to add value to our membership Looking for creative links between THG Experience properties to add value for the Hale member. Managing the Club leaver process ensuring every cancellation is contacted personally and a monthly report of reasons and those converted to stay.Benefits
