ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for an exceptionally driven and experienced Lead Technical Recruiter/Recruitment Lead to lead one of our Global Recruitment teams. From Backend Engineers to Data Scientists, you will be constantly challenged to think creatively in order to drive hiring results. You will work closely with technical leaders, hiring managers and the recruitment team to plan and execute innovative hiring strategies, helping bring the worlds top A-Players to Revolut. We need someone who is results driven and has the drive to Get It Done, no matter the challenge.

WHAT WE NEED We are looking for an exceptionally driven individual to initially focus on business critical roles and, working closely with our global team. You will be play a pivotal part in helping us bring in key members to drive business growth by managing a team of Recruiters and Sourcers. You will be working on some critical roles for the business on your own as well as manage team overall workload distribution, performance and day to day activities.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: • Be part of and lead a solid recruitment team that links up with our local and global recruitment strategy• Partnering with our Global team to fill business critical roles• Building the optimal sourcing strategy to deliver KPI's• Managing talent pools and networks to build a pipeline for future needs• Working with the Recruitment Team to build and own the strategy to recruit at a high volume and fast pace• Working with Recruiting and Hiring Teams to develop recruitment strategy and team development plan• Managing the team of Recruiters amp; Sourcers: performance management, workload distribution, coaching, mentoring and career progression planning

WHAT SKILLS YOU'LL NEED • Leadership/ team management skills - at least 1 year of managing Recruiters/Sourcers • Extensive local market knowledge • Experience of successful collaborations with senior stakeholders and hiring managers• Proven track record of delivering results in a dynamic high-growth environment with aggressive timelines• Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail• Ability to plan and execute with exceptional organisational skills• Strong influence and outreach abilities in the tech, fin-tech, or financial industries• Strong boolean skills, experience with various sourcing platforms and job boards• Data-driven with experience with analytics dashboards• High ambition, self-motivation and passion about our vision
