Job Description

As the Email Marketing Automation Manager, you will be responsible for managing the marketing automation platform and all email marketing activities.What you will be responsible for;
  • Email marketing strategy and execution, including nurturing, segmentation, testing, and deployment
  • Understanding and evaluating campaign metrics and distributing campaign performance to the marketing team.
  • Working with management to define KPIs, create reporting, and analyze campaign performance
  • Managing marketing automation processes, namely lead nurturing campaigns, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards.
  • Planning and performing A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to conversion rates
You have;
  • Proven email marketing automation experience
  • Expert knowledge of CRM management concepts and best practices -
  • Strong working knowledge of Salesforce.com.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must be highly organized and self-motivated
  • Capable of handling multiple tasks and self-managing time and priorities
  • Able to think critically and exercise independent judgment and discretion.
  • Excellent attention to detail
