Role Purpose
This is an exciting opportunity for an Implementation Project Manager to join our growing Implementation team, contributing to multifaceted client projects for a well-backed and award-winning BaaS vendor. We have won and successfully delivered into numerous marque clients and now are building a professional services team to implement client projects, operating on our leading-edge Proprietary Banking as a Service platform.
Requirements
- Managing the full lifecycle delivery of projects
- Personal involvement in business analysis
- Matrix management opportunities (integration consultants / development)
- Project-based partner management
- Post-implementation account management / customer success management
Our Ideal Candidate
- Client-facing experience as a project manager
- Experience of implementation end-to-end projects
- Tokenisation of cards using MDES and VTS
- Experience of gathering requirements, business analysis and account management (post implementation)
- Good knowledge of PSD2 requirements
- Ability to interact with product development teams around delivery / roadmap
- Good all-round project management skills, in Waterfall and Agile disciplines
- Ability to manage multiple projects at various stages of implementation
- Knowledge sharing with relevant internal teams
- Ability to use Postman or similar applications to test and document APIs
