Excellent opportunity for an experienced Account Executive looking for their next step to join us and be part of our awesome Account Management team. In this role you will be responsible for delivering client delight by helping manage existing client relationships to drive client delight. You are also responsible for owning day to day client communications and for coordinating teams to develop and deliver innovative, high-performing search engine marketing (SEM) strategies on time and on budget.

What will you need?

  • Relevant paid and search marketing experience in an agency environment
  • Practical knowledge of Google or Adobe Analytics
  • Practical knowledge of industry-specific tools (e.g. Ahrefs, Searchmetrics, SEMrush, Moz)
  • Excellent organisational skills proven experience of managing projects on time and on budget.
  • Positive amp; confident communicator this role will involve constant communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Confident stakeholder manager able to manage client requests effectively and build long lasting, positive relationships.
  • Working knowledge of the Agile framework a bonus
  • Confident presentation skills a must
  • Extremely high attention to detail amp; quality standards
  • Excellent problem solving skills

What will you do?

  • Lead client communications through regular emails, calls and face-to-face meetings. You will be expected to become a trusted advisor through regular contact, adhering to deadlines, delivering quality and excellence.
  • Help the Account Management team manage accounts in line with the contractual obligations and ensure that client-side stakeholders are being managed effectively and that their feedback or issues are raised and escalated, where required.
  • Co-ordinate the team and resources on the project to schedule and deliver work on time and on budget.
  • Contribute to client retention by proactively suggesting and taking measures to mitigate and address retention risks, engaging with client amp; internal stakeholders, where relevant.
  • Support account development amp; revenue growth through identification of up-sell opportunities, as well as, identifying and addressing potential retention concerns and raising with relevant AM or AD
  • Support the business development team by contributing to presentations, as well as participating in pitches to win new business.
