Chartwell Controls Limited is an independent Building Energy Management System (BeMS) specialist contractor who deliver a range of Mechanical/Electrical Control projects to a varied Client Base.

Due to continued growth Chartwell are looking to employ a BMS Electrician to join their installation team. The works range from smaller independent works to large projects with a team of electricians. The works are usually in weekdays however the successful candidate will occasionally be asked to work nights/weekends.

The successful applicants duties will include but not be limited to:

• Installation of containment, power and controls cabling
• Testing installed works
• Ordering of materials
• Supervising other electricians and apprentices
• Assisting controls engineers
• Updating management of site progress and issues

Requirements

Essential

• 18th Edition Qualified electrician with experience in the BMS industry
• ECS Card
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and a high standard of work

Preferable but not essential

• Test and Inspection (2391)
• Clean Driving Licence
• Microsoft Office skills
• PASMA
• IPAF
• First Aid
• SSSTS
