As part of the OPEN Health RWE team, you’ll be responsible for the following activities:
Act as point of contact for specified clients, providing a high level of support/implementation for the Real World Evidence Consultancy Team (RWEC)
- Manage, in collaboration with the RWEC, the day-to-day delivery of a number of assigned projects, including:
- Gain clarity of the business challenges being faced by each client and then clearly scope and specify the work to be done, before commencing the project.
- Manage contracting and invoicing with clients with the support of the RWEC
- Liaise with RWEC and Global Project Manager on project progress
- Support the RWEC with the preparation and dissemination of deliverables prior to release to clients
- Coordinate effectively and efficiently with appropriate members of the OPEN Health
- Ensure clients are continually updated on project progress
- Support the approval process and ensure quality control
What you’ll bring:
- Have a good knowledge of healthcare systems, data, and the pharmaceutical industry
- Relevant degree in science or relevant field
- 2+ years prior experience, delivering solutions to the pharmaceutical/medical device industries in a project management or client services role, PMP certification is appreciated
- Ability to multitask and prioritise; excellent time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of the ABPI code of practice is a plus
- Able to clearly communicate the business requirements / desired outcomes of complex projects
- Understands the principles of the project development process and the importance of detailed project specifications.
- Excellent presentation skills, written amp; verbal communication and interpersonal skills
