At Mastek, we are looking to recruit a highly skilled Senior Recruiter to become a part of a very busy Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in technical recruitment in EMEA and UK and ideally will have understanding of recruiting in the public sector, with experience of managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle. Objectives of this Role
- Work closely with Hiring Managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find and hire quality talent
- Grow and foster high-touch relationships with active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up
- Take ownership of candidate experience by managing it efficiently
- Continuously partner with Hiring Managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies
- Stay active with current recruitment practices by using job boards, social networks and other platforms to find active and passive talent
Skills and Qualifications
- Prior experience recruiting in public sector is highly beneficial as is recruiting for Oracle Products
- IT recruitment experience is mandatory
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management, and internet search
- Familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and management systems
- Proven experience conducting various types of interviews (phone, video, in person etc.)
- Ability to travel as needed
- Experience developing recruiting strategy

- Work and form relationships with internal management teams to better understand their hiring needs and job specifications
- Develop and release job postings via ATS system and social media
- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for roles in future
- Screen resumes and prospects, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout interview process from prepping before interviews to assisting with final offer negotiation
- Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects, ex-employees and other candidate relationships
- Follow up on interview process status and update records in internal database
- Provide coaching and guidance to junior members in the team
