Business Development Manager - Glasgow - OTE 60k+

We are looking to welcome experienced sales professionals who will support our growth and development to ensure that we will continue to be rated#1 in ‘B2B services’ and ‘Card Processing Services’ for many years to come.

About CIP

CIP established in 2017 to provide SME’s and independent merchants throughout the UK with tailored card payment solutions for in-store, online and over the phone. The executive team is made up of 3 full-time Directors, splitting their individual focuses between Operations, Sales and Partnerships, sharing over 50 years’ experience within the UK payments industry between them. CIP has developed strategic partnerships with key acquirers including EVO Payments, Elavon Merchant Services and Zettle by PayPal.

Requirements

About you:

  • It is important to us that you are friendly, approachable, enthusiastic and want to be a part of the growing CIP Team.
  • You will require a proven background in B2B sales and with a track record of closing deals, ideally in a short sales cycle environment and consistently achieving sales targets.
  • You will have proven self-generation skills to build and maintain a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities.
  • Be confident in using your own initiative, being professional and always striving to provide first class customer service to customers.
  • You will need to be organised and manage your diary to ensure no leads and opportunities are left to go cold.
  • Excellent communication skills at all levels are essential.
  • You will report directly into your RSM, who will be on hand to support your progression and success at all stages.
