Role Summary

At Attactions.io, we believe that inbound marketing is the best way to capture the attention of our audience and educate them about the emerging technologies we offer. We prioritise thought leadership and content marketing to achieve our goals and that's where you come in!

We're seeking a creative content marketing executive to champion and support our position as subject matter experts. You'll take ownership of our social media and email marketing, turning our thought leadership into digestible content that piques our ICP's curiosity and makes them want to read more.

Like in most startups, you may be asked to lend a hand in other areas of marketing from time to time. You don't have to be an expert, but a willingness to learn and embrace new challenges will help you get off to a flying start.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the Marketing Manager to help distribute content that educates and engages our audience across social, email and web channels.
  • Manage the company's social media profiles and presence on Twitter, LinkedIn, and Facebook, creating and managing a social content calendar.
  • Take ownership of our email marketing, creating newsletters and drip campaigns that help prospects/customers learn more about our product and the benefits of embracing technology.
  • Support the Marketing Manager in producing high-quality content for blogs and industry media, as well as collaborating on new highly valuable assets that can be used as lead magnets.
  • Become an industry and product expert and assist with researching our buyer personas and the trends affecting decision-makers.
  • Test, measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, identifying opportunities for improvement.

Requirements

  • You have examples of previous work demonstrating your ability to construct high-quality, well-researched content that drives engagement.
  • You love the written word. You’ll be writing emails, social posts and other inbound content, so confidence in your writing skills and an ability to inject some flair into your creations is a must.
  • You have a natural eye for design and are comfortable working closely with our in-house communications designer to ensure our campaigns look as good as they read.
  • You approach challenges with curiosity and a solution-focused mindset.
  • You have a recognised qualification in marketing, journalism, English, communications or another related field.
