What you’ll be doing:
- Deliver the best in class and market leading media plans across Publishing, Audio, OOH and Digital Display
- Understanding trends, technological developments, and how these translate into implications for the agency’s output and in turn clients
- Upskilling Activation specialists for the delivery and quality in those channels
- Drive innovation! We want to win awards for our clients so be creative
- Work closely with Client teams to ensure all plans are adhering to business objectives, the comms platform and key KPI’s
- Assist with the management and delivery of audit guarantees across PRF Clients
- Drive the development of media owner relationships to ensure we are seeking out opportunities for our clients that are new to market
- Increase profile within the industry through representation on relevant trade bodies, panels and thought pieces in the trade press
- Support the trading team via supplier amp; value forecasting
- Work closely with Trading and client teams to onboarding new client wins and commercials
- Help develop junior planners/buyers setting out roles and responsibilities ensuring a level of accountability
Requirements
Essential
- At least 8-9 years experience working within planning and/or buying
- Have a passion for delivering innovation and award winning work through implementational planning and buying
- Highly motivated to drive value for clients across Audio and Display

- Experience in managing a team
