Job Description

Dentons is currently recruiting an Interim Global Finance Transformation Change and Training Management Lead to support the implementation of a significant Global Finance Transformation Program. Reporting to the Global Program Director - Finance Transformation, this position will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation of the program from an organisational change perspective, delivering business benefits outlined in the business case, within agreed budget and program implementation timeframes.

Reporting to the Global Programme Director Finance Transformation, the Interim Global Finance Transformation Change and Training Management Lead will drive and deliver the change management activities required successfully deliver the projects in scope the Dentons Global Finance Transformation Programme. More specifically, you will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures. Your primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage whilst minimising resistance. You will work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilisation of and proficiency with the changes that impact employees and fee earners. Also responsible for ensuring the program delivers the change it needs to, and delivered to specification, time and budget, as defined in the program objectives and in-line with the agreed delivery methodology. This includes supporting the global and regional work streams in developing change plans, communicating with the appropriate cadence and to the appropriate audience, and the development and delivery of training to effect the change.

The finance transformation program is a truly global program designed to transform Dentons' finance function into the business partnering function of the future. It will support the business by offering true business insight, efficient and effective processes while maintaining the necessary compliance and controls.

As a polycentric organisation Dentons requires this role to drive the development and operation of a global change management strategy through working with the regional change teams, subject matter experts and regional leadership, and then subsequently to support regional alignment and adoption.

Key Deliverables

1. Develop and manage global change strategy and regional change plans

2. Conduct and/or manage stakeholder analysis and define stakeholder management plans

3. Design and manage change impact assessments

4. Design and establish global and regional change networks, sponsor/s and super user models

5. Develop and manage business transition plans including cutover activities, system role mapping, UAT, floor

walkers etc

6. Define change readiness entry and exit criteria for each program stage gate including go-live readiness

assessments

7. Oversee development of communication strategy and plans supported by Global Communications Lead

8. Develop and manage training strategy and plans with support from training team resources

9. Develop and manage team activity and resource plans

10. Status reporting

11. Risk and issue management and/or escalation plans

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage the global change and training effort: design and implement a change and training

approach for the Finance Transformation Program that is globally cohesive and allows for regionalised differences

to achieve a successful rollout in line with the business benefits and program timelines

Stakeholder management: define the stakeholder management approach and collaborate with key stakeholders

and stakeholder groups to build effective and trustworthy relationships across Dentons such that all impacted
