We are seeking a creative thinker and skilled communicator for the role of Social Media Manager to join our team in London. If you’re immersed in music, obsessed with pop culture, addicted to the internet and comfortable forming and sharing quick-turn takes on the latest album drops and more, you’re exactly the kind of person we’re looking for. Your day-to-day work will include developing content for social channels in partnership with creatives, managing content calendars, staying on top of trends + conversation and helping determine when and how a brand should join in.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with client teams to ensure their priorities are reflected in content
- Manage communications for client social media channels
- Directly engage with consumers in the comments
- Bring a brand’s tone of voice to life in a way that resonates with an 18-24 year-old audience
- Support strategists, creatives and account managers with content creation and distribution
- Participate in monthly and weekly content calendar planning
- Manage content intake and keep assets organized
- Schedule, tag and deploy content via Sprinklr
- Keep a close eye on the cultural conversation online, flagging opportunities for the brand to get involved and suggesting creative ways to do so
- Participate in creative brainstorms
Requirements
- Do you have 2+ years of agency experience developing social media content and managing communities
- Are you fluent in English and comfortable writing both client-facing communication and consumer-facing commentary
- Are you proficient with tools like Sprinklr, Google Analytics, Sprout, etc.
- Do you have an understanding of social content best practices and trends
- Are you well-organized and attentive to detail
- Do you have a mild TikTok addiction
- Do you have the flexibility to work non-standard hours when necessary
- Are you proficient in Google Drive, Keynote and MS Office
- Are you keen to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
