Corin is seeking a part time Management Accountant Italy is to produce the Italian part of the businesses monthly and annual financial statements in a timely and accurate manner, along with a weekly cash flow forecast, with a hands-on approach and good attention to detail.
Are you or anyone you know fluent or bilingual in Italian, and is either part qualified or a qualified by experience Accountant. This is a part time role working 25 hours a week, we are flexible on the days and timings so will work around your needs and requirements and fix them inline with you.
This role will be based at our head office hybrid working (1 day a week due to the role being part time) in Cirencester, Gloucestershire and will report into the Financial Controller for France, Belgium and Italy.
The key responsibilities of the Management Accountant Italy
- Support the Financial Controller France, Belgium and Italy in production of the financial statements including timely delivery of accurate monthly management accounts and weekly cash flow forecasts in line with financial standards and Corin Group policies.
- Produce monthly general ledger journals and production of balance sheet reconciliations, maintenance of the Accounts Payable ledger.
- Ad-hoc analysis, reporting and support to the wider FIB team, as and when required.
- Liaise with local Accountants in Italy and relevant Business Partners within Financial Planning amp; Analysis team to ensure accurate monthly results.
- Active and pro-active involvement in system and process development.
- Support in the production of the annual budget and rolling reforecasts for Italy.
- Support in the annual audit at a Group and local entity level, and delivery of information for disclosure in the Group and local entity year end statutory accounts.
- Support in the preparation of tenders.
- Adhere to Quality Management System (QMS) requirements in line with Corin’s ISO13485 QMS amp; Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) FDA21 CFR Part 820.
- Ensure that process and timeline requirements for Corrective amp; Preventive Actions (CAPA) are met in accordance with Corin’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and in support of Corin’s Global Objectives for CAPA.
Requirements
The ideal Management Accountant - Italy will have / be:
- Either a part qualified accountant (ACA / CIMA / ACCA) or Qualified by experience Accountant
- Strong communication skills to establish and maintain effective working relations across all levels, including excellent numeracy and literacy skills.
- Ability to speak advanced Italian.
- Attention to detail combined with a logical approach to tasks.
- Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.
- Working knowledge of Sage Line 1000.
