Job Description

Client Support Administrator Apprentice

Hours per week: 40 hrs per week

Contract Status: Permanent

Reporting to: Head of Customer Service

Based at our site in Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire, we have over 200 people working together to produce top quality products to clients across the UK and beyond. Due to significant demand we are looking to recruit a Client Support Administrator to support our Customer Service team. Requirements

Role Brief

Responsible for the daily processing of orders, supply chain forms and other administration tasks within the Client Support department. Potential for progression into higher Client Support role on successful 2 year period in administration and completion of apprenticeship.

Key Responsibilities

  • To liaise with Client Support amp; Account Managers to ensure supply chain forms are accurately completed to be processed within the system.
  • Processing new and replenishment orders in line with the SLA.
  • Making amendments to the Bill of Materials on any current orders or products.
  • Managing despatch of any production samples or customer requests and complete delivery notes to process through the system.
  • Arranging goods in bookings and paperwork.
  • General maintenance of system clean-up.
  • General administration duties agreed with Head of Client Support.
  • Any other duties requested by Head of Client Support.

Knowledge, Experience and Work Skills Needed:

  • Good level of education, functional Skills in English and Maths may be required to enrol on Apprenticeship course.
  • A keen interest in client support and administration.
  • Strong MS office skills including Outlook amp; Excel.
