JOB DESCRITPION

SPECIFICATION ADMINISTRATOR

Department: Quality

Reporting to: Process Improvement Officer

Hours: 39.5 hours per week - shift pattern (Early / Late)

As a private label cosmetic manufacturing company, we pride ourselves in being able to create, produce, package and distribute high-end product ranges whilst maintaining long lasting relationships with our clients.

Based in our factory in Cleckheaton, West Yorkshire, we have over 200 people working together to produce top quality products to clients across the UK and beyond.

Ensuring product is manufactured right first time, we have an opportunity for an enthusiastic, good communication skills and computer literate person to join a successful business.

Job Role

  • Review all primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging for all first-time productions.
  • Identify and review best options for coding, erecting, packaging, and palletizing.
  • Create line specifications for all products including visual aids.
  • Ensure document control of Line Specifications for all products.
  • Update Line Specification as required for all product ranges.
  • Ensure Line Specification are available for all planned production looking two weeks ahead.
  • Create, update and control pallet specifications as required.
  • Support Process Improvement Officer with required details and samples of all first productions.
  • Complete changes to Line Specification and pallet structures in a timely manner.
  • Attend all key meetings as required.
  • Provide administrative support as and when required.
  • Any other duties as required set by Process Improvement Officer.

Requirements

  • Computer Literate - A good level of Microsoft office including Word amp; Excel
  • A good level of education minimum, Maths and English GCSE (A-C)
  • Excellent Organisational Skills
  • Good Communication Skills
