A high profile YouTuber is looking for an experienced Production Manager to organize and oversee the production of content and filming. You will be ultimately responsible for the smooth running of all productions and operations relating to content production. We expect you to have deep know-how in production procedures as it relates to film and YouTube. A successful candidate will be able to direct personnel towards maximum performance, and ensure an efficient and productive filming and content production process for some of the largest channels on the internet. Candidates must be local, or willing to relocate, to be considered for the position.
Requirements
- Proven experience as production manager
- YouTube experience at the production level
- Deep knowledge of production management
- Understanding of industry qualiity standards (video and audio)
- Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
- Experience in reporting on key production metrics
- Outstanding communication ability
- Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
- Attention to detail
- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
Responsibilities
- Organize workflow to meet deadlines and maintain the channels upload schedule
- Responsible for preparing and running production shoots from start to finish, ensuring a smooth and efficient production.
- Be on set to monitor productions and resolve issues
- Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel
- Determine amount of necessary resources for every production
- Ensure video and audio output meets quality standards
