The portfolio spans multiple key game genres including Action, RPG, Merge and Social Casino and encompasses a growing workforce of 3,000 employees in ~20 locations worldwide.
This role will be responsible for managing workforce data, maintenance of accurate data considering compliance and integrations, and make recommendations for system and process changes.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead the Workforce Data model across PxU
- Liaise with Pamp;C teams in operating businesses to set up processes to ensure data quality (new hires, leavers, reporting lines, etc) on HRIS system
- Work across various data sets to collate key data, analyze data to spot trends and risks and offer solutions where necessary
Requirements
- Experience in workforce data management at matrix organizations
- Experience in Workday system
- Advanced Excel skills and solid analytical, problem-solving, and modelling skills
- Well organized, delivery focused and detail oriented, with a strong work ethic, effective organizational and analytical and documentation skills.
- Good communication skills
- Very strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders
- Ability to function well in a global, diverse and fast paced environment, across multiple time zones.
