About the role
Our Customer Service Team goes above and beyond to ensure customers feel supported and that their move to PensionBee is as smooth as possible. Our company values are Love, Honesty, Innovation, Simplicity and Quality. These values guide our everyday decisions and provide a framework for us all to live and work by.
Within the team we have Pension Transfer Managers (Nectar Collectors) and Customer Success Managers (BeeKeepers) who work closely together . Our BeeKeepers are responsible for all customer communications via phone, live chat and email. They keep our customers updated on their pension transfers, explain pension processes in a simple, jargon-free way, and deal with inbound customer queries in a timely manner. Nectar Collectors work behind the scenes dealing with other pension providers, taking and making calls, processing pension paperwork, and initiating pension transfers, predominantly through the electronic transfer system ‘Origo’. We are currently hiring for both roles.
