The Product amp; Technology teams improve the Zoopla experience for consumers as well as agents by using machine learning to create recommendation engines, data-driven segmentations and extract property and area metadata.
Our team has access to some of the largest data sets in the industry, working with over 300 million property images, rich clickstream data from over 14 million daily page views, and text from over 20 thousand daily leads. Our AI solutions make no problem too difficult and no data set too big to tackle.
Key responsibilities
The Zoopla Product amp; Technology team spans five key areas: Data Science, Design, Engineering, Product, Product Analytics and and we are looking for an experienced, efficient and professional EA to support the Chief Product Officer amp; Chief Technology Officer as well as provide team administration support to the Senior Leadership team (SLT) and manage and coordinate on key people projects.
This role is a part time position spread over 5 working days and would suit someone with energy and a passion for delivering the highest standard of customer service at all times. You will need to thrive in a fast paced environment where multi-tasking and prioritisation is the norm and relish the opportunity to own your role and use your initiative.
You will be a self-starter/creative thinker who enjoys building and improving processes as well as managing projects that will enhance efficiency and improve the overall people experience in the Product amp; Technology teams.
Requirements
Essential skills
EA to Chief Product Officer amp; Chief Technology Officer:
- Calendar and travel management (travel is minimal)
- Meeting management: ensure CPO amp; CTO are fully prepared, briefed, visitors are hosted and room is cleared post-meeting
- Ensure critical data is saved, filed and traceable, whilst adhering to GDPR legislation
- Operate with utmost confidentiality at all times
- Ad hoc project work
Team Administration:
- Operate as an ambassador for the CPO amp; CTO and Senior Leadership Team (SLT), being an external face for queries
- Knowledge and understanding of the team priorities and therefore able to prioritise tasks around those
- Coordinate and attend SLT meetings and circulate actions following those meetings
- Coordinate and attend team events and workshop organisation
- Project manage and implement new and improved new starter onboarding - including the design of specific content and processes each for product, tech, data, design teams as well as ensuring not only the logistics are efficiently organised but the candidate experience is award winning
