About You
As our Learning amp; Development Coordinator, you will play a key role in inducting all our new starters through AND’s award winning onboarding experience. As a result, you will need to:
- Handle pre-boarding amp; post-boarding tasks, such as assigning buddies, sharing pre-work, sourcing venues, collating feedback etc.
- Coordinate the end-end planning amp; delivery of our onboarding experiences.
- Facilitate sessions in the first week, which will involve a blend of face-to-face and remote delivery
- Continuously look for ways to streamline processes to be more efficient.
Important to note: location and travel
This role will align to our UK West amp; North West Hub; any face-to-face facilitation will take place in a variety of locations spanning the UK therefore you must be okay to travel.
To do that, it’s essential you bring the following experience:
- A keen interest and experience in Lamp;D or onboarding coordination
- Delivery/facilitation of engaging training (both remote and face-to-face)
- An ability to adapt delivery and support according to learners’ needs
- Organisation and logistics, with high attention to detail amp; the ability to prioritise
- Planning in a fast-paced environment
- Confident to build relationships quickly with people of all levels amp; backgrounds
- Excellent verbal amp; written communication skills
It’s helpful if you also have experience in:
- Consulting/professional services
- The Tech or digital industry
- Designing innovative amp; engaging Lamp;D/onboarding comms (newsletters/podcasts/vlogs etc.)
- Lamp;D content design
