About the role

At SamKnows we are looking for an Account Executive to create long-term, trusting relationships with our Government Partners. You’ll be helping to manage our existing relationships with our Government Partners around the world. With the imminent launch of the new FCC speed test app on Android and iOS you’ll initially be coordinating support for users of the app. The FCC has partnered with SamKnows to run the measuring broadband America program, as well as the new Broadband Data Collection project, so we can all better understand the state of US internet performance and provide insight for future improvement.

What you will do:

  • Provide initial support to the customers after the FCC application launch
  • Work alongside one of the experienced Account Manager
  • Keeping on top of project deliverables
  • Keeping all of your client documentation up to date including project status report, meeting agendas and notes
  • Participate in meeting calls with multiple stakeholders
  • Able to work autonomously within a team environment
  • Travelling around the globe to meet our clients (when we can)

We are looking for someone that:

  • Ideally has past experience in a customer support role
  • Is comfortable communicating with clients and consumers
  • Microsoft suite experience is essential, specifically excel
  • Organised amp; detail oriented
  • Conscientious amp; passionate with a can do attitude
  • Willing to grow within a role and happy to learn new things and evolve
  • Languages are a real plus
