ZeroLight’s Commercial Solutions team are vital contributors to the continued growth and success of the company; responsible for formulating, creating and delivering compelling business proposals to leading edge global automotive industry brands amp; technical/creative partners with a view to securing significant contracts within the area of visualisation solutions.

ZeroLight’s multi-award-winning solutions address customers’ and retailers’ challenges and allow our clients to make more informed decisions around their customers’ behaviour, resulting in increased engagement and optimised ROI by revolutionising car-buying experiences for both end-users and our customers.

You will work as part of the Commercial Solutions team to produce business cases, commercial proposals and presentation materials designed to encourage prospective clients to select ZeroLight as their partner for the development of their digital customer journey. You will lead the development of these materials while acting as a continuous touch point for clients as these proposals progress towards signature, managing the on-going commercial needs of clients and owning key responsibilities within the account team tasked with growing revenue.


We’ve recently introduced hybrid working at ZeroLight which means that you can work from both our award-winning studio on Newcastle’s Quayside and from your home office. This is a great mix of feeling part of the team whilst also giving you the focussed time that you need to thrive.

We would also consider candidates based in the UK, looking to work remotely with regular visits to the studio.

Requirements

What you’ll be doing:

  • Understanding the commercial and technical needs and challenges of our clients through direct and indirect interaction with them.
  • Creating convincing commercial proposals and business cases based on thorough understanding of the client’s needs and how to effectively progress the opportunity towards a successful conclusion.
  • Developing a strong understanding of our technology through liaison with our development teams and translating this complex information into simplified and compelling commercial proposals.
  • Preparing persuasive presentation materials which clearly communicate the commercial proposition and business case for the client. Meeting and presenting materials to clients in person and via web conferences.
  • Efficiently managing amp; tracking numerous concurrent opportunities relating to multiple prospective client

The candidate we are looking for:

  • Strong academic qualifications, particularly within subject areas that require the ability to absorb, understand, and translate multiple complex concepts amp; considerations.
  • Experienced in a role which involves creating digestible yet powerful commercial proposals and business cases, as well as traditional account management.
  • Personable, motivated, amp; entrepreneurial nature capable of developing productive professional relationships with colleagues and clients to deliver revenue expansion, with the ability to work effectively on their initiative in a rapidly changing business and industry.
  • Excellent communicator, with a confident and engaging manner to build strong client relationships, and the clarity and focus to obtain and interpret key information from internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong numerical skills and advanced user of Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience of a commercial role within a SaaS focused company.
  • Additional Language Skills.
  • Advanced user of Salesforce.
