Job Description

Our Professional Services team is expanding and we are looking to welcome a 12 Month Maternity Cover PMO, reporting in to the Head of Professional Services.

You will already be a hands on PMO, either in a PMO Lead role or looking to take the next step in your career. Ideally you will be comfortable working cross-functionally, and able to step in where needed.

We are looking for someone to support our growing client base, in adopting our solutions. Assisting the Heads of Professional Services and Client Transformation you will refine project governance, planning, and reporting procedures and processes that the teams can work with, in delivering the Napier solutions to our clients as well as a management reporting structure.

Requirements

Regular:

  • Maintain portfolio-wide project book detailing forecasts, actuals, and revenue across Professional Services and Client Transformation
  • Monitor and ensure all time sheets entered weekly across services (using NetSuite)
  • Analyze time sheet data and produce weekly report covering utilisation, indicative Pamp;L for PS
  • Produce retrospective monthly report detailing time, utilization revenue, and KPI performance across services
  • Maintain and review capacity plans using a variety of data sources
  • Create and maintain projects in NetSuite projects, leading the onboarding of new hires and coaching of staff in use of NetSuite and timecodes
  • Lead the management, coordination, and creation of documents for the asset library using outlined governance documents
  • Update cross-functional reports for Professional Services and Client Transformation, coordinating between teams on a weekly basis and ensuring all project information up to date
  • Communicate upcoming go-live dates, project status, and responsible PMs to relevant stakeholders
  • Feed into board meeting KPIs and monthly reports from COO
  • Ensure project reports are updated on a regular basis
  • Communicate with clients as needed regarding time and materials projects, and coordinate billing with finance as needed
  • Responsible for notes and action items for regular meetings across Professional Services and Client Transformation
