We are looking for results driven Team Leaders to be responsible for the daily management of our Dark Stores. The successful candidates will be able to enhance customer satisfaction, meet sales and profitability goals and manage staff effectively. Candidates will have the most success if they have a background in managing teams, store financial planning, employee recruitment, or retail management.

Responsibilities

• Meet sales Profitability goals by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to staff.
• Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Maintain a high level store environment
• Conduct personnel performance appraisals to assess training needs.
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc)
• Be a leading example of professional behaviour and high performance.

Requirements

• Proven successful experience in Retail or hospitality Management
• A natural leader with fantastic interpersonal skills - you are a people person
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent communicator - you can successfully manage all stakeholder relationships
• Driven - you understand how to lead a team towards its goals and targets
