Job Description

To support our company growth plans, we're looking looking for a Senior Account Manager to work with us amp; help ensure our clients get best in class service and deliverables. Your role entails keeping our clients up to date on the progress of their accounts and to encourage further business by developing and nurturing client relationships. You'll take ownership for driving projects to completion through effective communication, problem solving, and responding to requests in a proactive and timely manner. You'll work closely with our other Account Director and PPC/SEO teams to ensure an optimal client experience is delivered whilst establishing and managing expectations, processes, goals and best practice that enable our teams to deliver their best.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and growing accounts in terms of commercial value whilst nurturing the client relationship and loyalty
  • Ensuring clients are satisfied with our products and services
  • Pursuing opportunities to improve their results with strategies that meet their individual business needs
  • Communicating weekly and monthly on key performance metrics, generating accurate reader-friendly reports and pitching fresh innovative ideas
  • Giving feedback on client experience to managers and their teams aimed at continuously improving service levels and overall team performance
  • Managing the communication between the team and their clients ensuring quality of deliverables
  • Understanding the needs of the clients and articulating those to the different teams whilst ensuring the relevant range of services is offered to the client
  • Liaising with the Account Director to decide on the best strategy for dispatching and allocating the project work to team members so clients enjoy the best experience and value for money


Requirements

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills being able to interact with different stakeholders
  • Strong aptitude for data and project management allowing to make sound client and business decisions
  • Significant experience in professional client relationship management with a solid background in digital marketing
  • At ease with negotiating agreements and presenting products and services to existing and prospective clients
  • Ability and confidence to anticipate and resolve client clients issues using feedback and data-analysis
